A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME AND THE BUILDING BETTER WOMEN FOUNDATION.....
I am the founder of The Building Better Women Foundation. My program is a foundation, a “home” for teenage mothers (ages 13-19) that will provide stability, support services, parenting, life skills and preparation for worldly issues and barriers. The program will start up in the Boston Edison District and eventually expand to other urban areas across the country where such a program is needed. The main objective is to transition teen mothers into women by getting to the root of teen pregnancy while supplying stable housing, child care and transportation to enable education and/or employment, therapy programs, parenting workshops, and independent living for transitioning to adulthood. The program will be marketed to DHS recipients, wards of the state as well as general public that falls within the guidelines stated above. This will be a program built on academics and personal growth; for the older ladies, life skills and independent transitional living. This will not be a “cot and a hot meal.” This will be a productive program to help change young ladies into women, and hopefully cure this “dis-ease.”
I am also the founder of The Doll House Collection and it's Entertainment Group. I am an activist, event coordinator, and a promoter. I am an youth activist, especially troubled and victimized teens. I coordinate and promote private events for Casino Tourists, Rallies, Benefits, Campaigns, and Themed Private and Public Events. I also enjoy dibbling in the model/fashion world.... Just a little bit!
Currently I am studying at Marygrove College as a Psychology student in a B.A (Pre-Graduate School) program. My Minor is Ethnic, Cultural, and Gender Studies. After graduation I will be continuing on to Med School at University of Michigan Ann Arbor. I am very passionate about my journey in finding a resolution to end teen homelessness, and infant abandonment.
If there is anyone who has resources as far as the development of this program, please email me and let me know.

One of the directions for DivaTv is to promote awareness of HIV/AIDS and conduct street interviews for the show around this topic.
